Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces brie
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons pecans chopped
  • sprig Rosemary optional, for garnish
  • Crostini bruschetta, French bread, or crackers, for serving
  • grapes or apple slices, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Place Brie in its wooden box or a small ceramic dish. Score the top with shallow slits.
  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, until soft and melty.
  • Transfer to serving plate, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with pecans. Garnish with rosemary if using.
  • Serve immediately with bread, crackers, and fresh fruit.
