15 ounces canned kidney beans drained and rinsed 15 ounces canned garbanzo beans drained and rinsed 15 ounces canned green beans drained ½ cup red onion thinly sliced ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons honey 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper
Add the kidney beans, garbanzo beans, green beans, sliced onion, and chopped parsley in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until the dressing is fully blended.
