This Grinch Charcuterie Board is a festive no-bake holiday appetizer made with grapes, meats, cheeses, and rosemary. It’s creative, colorful, and guaranteed to make your holiday table unforgettable.
Line the bottom of your board with salami slices to form the Grinch’s collar.
Add a row of grapes above the salami and tuck rosemary sprigs into a curved smile. Continue layering grapes to form the Grinch’s face.
Cut triangles from the American cheese for eyes, round the tops slightly, and add raisins in the center for pupils.
Use rosemary sprigs for eyebrows. Arrange Swiss cheese slices across the forehead for the Santa hat and cut one into a small rectangle with fringe for the tassel.
Layer pepperoni slices above the Swiss cheese to form the hat and tuck the tassel underneath the right side.
Place the heart sprinkle for the nose and serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
Notes
Chef Jenn’s Tips
Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes before assembling the board so excess moisture doesn’t make the meats slippery.
Use seedless grapes that are similar in size for a cleaner, more uniform Grinch face.
Chill the cheeses slightly before cutting to get sharper edges for the eyes and Santa hat details.
Trim rosemary sprigs just before assembling so they stay fresh, fragrant, and vibrant green.
