Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cilantro trimmed
  • 3-4 tablespoon lime juice
  • cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 jalapeño seeds removed
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning by adding more lime juice, salt, or garlic as needed.
  • Use right away to marinate your choice of meats, poultry, seafood, or vegetables.

  • For a thinner marinade, add a bit of water or more olive oil.
