  • 3 cups Corn Chex
  • 2 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 2 cups Lucky Charms cereal
  • 12 ounces white melting wafers
  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows
  • ¼ cup green M&Ms
  • 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Set it aside.
  • Combine the Corn Chex, mini pretzel twists, Lucky Charms cereal, and mini marshmallows in a large mixing bowl.
  • Melt the white melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals until smooth.
  • Pour the melted white wafers over the cereal and pretzel mixture. Stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
  • Spread the mixture evenly over the sheet pan, then sprinkle the green M&Ms and rainbow sprinkles over the top while the coating is still wet.
  • Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Add extra sprinkles and green M&Ms on top for a festive touch.
  • Let the mixture cool and harden completely, about 30 minutes, then break it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Chef Jenn’s Tips

  • For an extra pop of color, add a few drops of green food coloring to the melted white chocolate before mixing it with the cereal.
  • If you’re making this with kids, let them help with the stirring and sprinkling. It’s a fun way to get them involved in the kitchen!
  • Don’t skip the parchment paper or silicone mat. It makes cleanup a breeze and prevents the mixture from sticking to the baking sheet.
