DIY Boursin Cheese with Fresh Herbs

Super easy to make and ready in no time, this DIY Boursin Cheese with fresh herbs is the perfect party pleaser! It's great on toasted baguette, crackers, or melted into the top of a baked potato. You can use it in so many ways!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup salted butter softened
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chives chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves remove the stems
  • 1 small clove garlic minced
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place softened butter and cream cheese in a food processor (or mix with hand mixer after finely chopping herbs and garlic).
  • Add chives, dill, thyme, and garlic. Blend until smooth and combined.
  • Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste; adjust as needed.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl or store in the fridge. Serve at room temperature.
