Garlic Butter Steak Bites Escargot-Style combines tender steak bites with luxurious garlic butter for a show-stopping dish. Perfect as an appetizer or main course, it’s easy to make and irresistibly delicious.
2tablespoonsfresh parsleyfinely chopped (plus extra for garnish)
1teaspoonlemon juice
¼teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped shallots, parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and well combined.
Heat a skillet over high heat. Add a splash of oil and sear the steak bites for about 1 minute per side until browned but not fully cooked. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Place one steak bite into each well of an escargot dish. Top each bite with a generous dollop of the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it coats the steak and fills the well.
Transfer the escargot dish to the preheated oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, or until the steak bites are cooked to your preferred doneness and the garlic butter is bubbling.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with extra chopped parsley for a fresh finish. Serve immediately with crusty bread to soak up the flavorful garlic butter.
Notes
Chef Jenn’s Tips
Use a tender cut of steak like ribeye or sirloin for the best results.
For a smoky touch, add a pinch of smoked paprika to the garlic butter.
Don’t overcook the steak bites—searing and baking briefly ensures they stay juicy.
If you don’t have an escargot dish, use a mini muffin tin as a substitute.
