Use a sharp knife to carefully trim the walnuts and coconut balls so each has a flat surface where they will connect. Creating flat edges helps the pieces stick together securely.
Melt the white candy melts using a double boiler or microwave, heating in 15-second intervals and stirring between each until smooth. Gentle heating prevents the chocolate from scorching or seizing.

Dip the trimmed side of each walnut and coconut candy into the melted chocolate, then press them together to form the bunny body. Place the assembled pieces in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to set.

Add a small dollop of melted chocolate on top of each Raffaello ball and press a white chocolate-covered almond into place to create the bunny’s face. Hold it briefly so it adheres.

Using a little melted chocolate as glue, attach the almond slices to either side of the almond face to form the ears. Sprinkle snowflake sprinkles on top to create the bunny’s bangs while the chocolate is still wet. Chill the assembled bunnies in the refrigerator until the chocolate is completely firm and set.
Use a water-based food marker to draw faces on the bunnies. This is a fun step for kids to help with and adds personality to each bunny.

Scatter green chocolate shards or colored coconut shavings on a serving plate to resemble grass, arrange the bunnies on top, and enjoy.
